Humana Veterans wants to provide outstanding personal customer service to you and all Veterans who are referred to Humana Veterans by participating Veterans Affairs Medical Centers (VAMC).
 
When you are referred to Humana Veterans for specialty care by the local VAMC, Humana Veterans will contact you in person, along with the appropriate Humana Veterans' provider in order to make an appointment that is convenient.  Humana Veterans will also obtain pertinent medical information that the Humana Veterans' provider may need, prior to your appointment.  An appointment letter with the time, place and provider's name will be mailed to you.  Additionally, appointment information with the authorization number, time, date and your name will be faxed to the provider.
 
Humana Veterans Customer Service is an efficient and timely personal service that ensures that you receive high quality specialty care and satisfaction.
 
If for any reason you need to cancel or change your appointment, you may contact a Humana Veterans Customer Service Representative at 1-866-458-6630.  Our representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (EST).
