Robin Barnett has served as the Director of Customer Care/Operations for Humana Veterans Healthcare Services since October 2007. 
 
As the Director, she is responsible for the management and oversight of Humana Veterans Healthcare Services personal service program.  Personal service provides guidance to veterans receiving healthcare within the community and assists them in locating a provider to render appropriate care.  These services  include coordinating approved inpatient hospital admissions and discharge planning.
 
Robin Barnett is a 1995 graduate of the University of Louisville.  She has extensive background in service operations with over twelve years of healthcare experience.  She has worked with multiple lines of business throughout her career, including commercial, Medicare and Medicaid programs.  Prior to joining Humana Veterans, she worked for Humana Military Healthcare Services for the Department of Defense TRICARE program.
